Refund policy
OPG Trading

At OPG Trading, we carefully pack all items to ensure safe delivery. Due to the nature of automotive products, returns are limited once items are opened or handled.
By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns or replacements if:
- The item was received damaged, or
- The wrong item was sent by OPG Trading
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item ordered
- Compatibility or fitment mistakes
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified
Report Issues Within 24 Hours
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
To submit a claim, email info@opgae.com with:
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Order number
- Description of the issue
Please keep the item and product packaging until the claim is reviewed. Keeping the shipping packaging is preferred where possible.
Approved Claims
If your claim is approved, we may offer:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Store credit (if preferred)
If the issue was caused by damage or a wrong item sent by us, return shipping costs will be covered by OPG Trading.
Non-Returnable Situations
Claims may be rejected if:
- Items show signs of installation or use
- Damage occurs after delivery
- Proof is missing
- Claims are submitted after 24 hours
- Incorrect items were ordered by the customer
Electrical and electronic items are strictly non-returnable once installed or used.
Refund Timing
If approved:
- Store credit: 1–2 business days
- Bank refund: 5–7 business days
Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Compatibility Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility unless confirmed by OPG Trading in writing.
Policy Updates
OPG Trading may update this policy at any time. Updates apply to future orders.
