Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.
International or GCC shipping is not available unless stated otherwise.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, or order verification requirements.

Business days exclude Sundays and official holidays.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the UAE is typically 1–2 days after dispatch, depending on location and courier service.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Courier operations
  • Public holidays
  • Weather or road conditions
  • Remote delivery areas
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except in approved cases where the error was caused by OPG Trading (such as sending the wrong item).

If re-delivery or re-shipping is required due to incorrect customer information, additional charges may apply.


Tracking

Tracking information may be provided after dispatch, where available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates using the tracking details provided.


Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout, including:

  • Full name
  • Mobile number
  • Delivery address

OPG Trading is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Customers must also remain reachable to coordinate delivery if required.


Failed Delivery or Missed Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related reasons (such as incorrect address, unreachable contact, or missed delivery attempts), additional delivery charges may apply.

Orders refused without valid reason may be subject to deductions for shipping costs already incurred.


Damaged Items During Delivery

If an item is received damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for claim requirements and procedures.


Delivery Completion

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier to the provided address, delivery is considered complete.

OPG Trading is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery confirmation, but we may assist in coordinating with the courier where possible.


Pickup Orders (If Available)

If pickup is selected, customers must inspect items at the time of collection.

Items accepted at pickup may not be eligible for damage claims later.


Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our control, including courier disruptions, weather conditions, government actions, or public holidays.


Policy Updates

OPG Trading may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates apply to future orders once published.
